Notice is hereby given that on 25th November 2016 a Petition was presented to The Court of Session, Edinburgh by Goldentree Financial Services PLC, a company incorporated under the Companies Act (registered number 04179323) and having its registered office at The Spectrum, 56-58 Benson Road, Birchwood, Warrington, Cheshire, WA3 7 PQ, craving the Court inter alia to make an administration order in relation to Great Glen Marine Limited (in provisional liquidation) (Company Number: SC469815), a company incorporated under The Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at Clava House, Cradlehall Business Park, Inverness, IV2 5GH, and for the recall of the appointment of Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Geoffrey Issac Jacobs both of KPMG LLP, 37 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1JB as joint provisional liquidators thereof, in which Petition by Interlocutor of 25th November 2016 Lord Doherty appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers, if so advised, within 8 days after intimation, service and advertisement.
