NOTICE is hereby given that Ian Morton of FTI Consulting (BVI) Limited, 4th Floor, Palm Grove House, Wickhams Cay I, PO Box 993, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands and Chad Griffin of FTI Consulting LLP, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HD, United Kingdom were appointed as Joint Liquidators of Xcite Energy Limited (the “Company”) on 5 December 2016 by Order of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the High Court of Justice British Virgin Islands pursuant to Section 159(1) of the BVI Insolvency Act, 2003 (the “Act”).

Pursuant to Section 183(b) of the Act, the Joint Liquidators hereby give notice that they do not intend to call a meeting of creditors under Section 179 of the Act because, having regard to the assets and liabilities of the Company, it is not necessary for a meeting to be held. However, should at least 10 per cent in value of the Company’s creditors give written notice to the Joint Liquidators, within 10 days of this notice appearing, that they require a meeting to be called, the Joint Liquidators will undertake all steps required by the Act to call a meeting of the Company’s creditors.

The Joint Liquidators ask that creditors of the Company submit details of their claims, including all relevant supporting documentation, as soon as possible. A formal Claim Form, and instructions for completing and submitting the form, can be obtained from the contact given below.
