Notice is hereby given that on Nineteenth December, Two thousand and sixteen a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Airdrie by The Adwill Partnership Limited (Company Number SC316271), 46-50 Tannoch Drive, Cumbernauld G67 2XU, craving the Court, inter alia, that The Adwill Partnership Limited (Company Number SC316271), having their Registered Office at 46-50 Tannoch Drive, Cumbernauld G67 2XU (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Airdrie by Interlocutor dated Twentieth December, Two thousand and sixteen appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Airdrie within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and eo die appointed Kenneth Pattullo, Insolvency Practitioner of Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PP to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in Pts II and III of Sch 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
