THE PLANT HEALTH (ENGLAND) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2017
In accordance with section 6 of the Plant Health Act 1967, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs hereby gives notice that the Plant Health (England) (Amendment) Order 2017 (SI 2017 No.8) will come into force on 6th February 2017. Copies of this Order are available from The Stationery Office.
