At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Farington Lodge Hotel, Stanifield Lane, Farington, Leyland, PR25 4QR on 12 January 2017 the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution, respectively:

“That it has been resolved by Special Resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Timothy John Hargreaves, of T H Financial Recovery, Suites 101 & 102, Empire Way Business Park, Liverpool Road, Burnley, BB12 6HH, (IP No 8637) be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.” At a subsequent meeting of creditors on the 12 January 2017 Andrew Watling (IP No 1819) of Quantuma LLP, 14th Floor, Dukes Keep, 1 Marsh Lane, Southampton, SO14 3EX was appointed Joint Liquidator of the above named Company.
