Nature of business: Construction and development of luxury resorts in the Caribbean

The following order has been made in relation to the above debtor under the Cross Border Insolvency Regulations 2006

(1) The insolvency proceedings commenced by (1) the debtor on 3 October 2016 pursuant to Part V of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Cap 136 of the Laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines); and (2) the Interim Receivership Order dated 17 December 2016 be recognised as a foreign main proceeding in accordance with the UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency as set out in Schedule 1 to the Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006.

(2) There being liberty to apply to any party affected by the order, other than the debtor, within 5 business days of the order coming to their notice.
