C. THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (2008, NO. 1) (AMENDMENT NO. 54) ORDER 2017
1. The London Borough of Hounslow on 27 February 2017 made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 51 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Orders will come into operation on 6 March 2017.
2. The general effect of the Parking Places Order will be to introduce a controlled parking zone (CPZ) into the Haverfields Area off of Green Dragon Lane, Brentford. The CPZ will operate Monday to Friday 10-11am & 7pm-8pm and Match Day Saturday 2.30pm -3.30pm except Christmas Day, Good Friday and Bank Holidays in which vehicles displaying a valid permit may park. List of streets which will operate in the proposed CPZ are listed in Schedule 1 to this Notice and detailed plans which can be viewed on the Council’s website.
3. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading & Disabled parking bay Orders will be to further amend both Orders by adding new waiting restrictions & disabled parking bays on street. List of streets which will operate with the proposed restrictions can be found in the detailed plans which can be viewed on the Council’s website.
4. Documents giving detailed information of the proposed Orders can be viewed for a period of 21 days from the date of this Notice:
(a) On the Council’s website at http://www.hounslow.gov.uk/trafficnoticelist and/or by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar; or
(b) at the Forms and Documents Counter, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN between 9am and 4.15pm Mondays to Friday.

5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
