Now take notice that the Homes and Communities Agency ("HCA") wish to dispose of the above areas of land. The HCA considers that the land is exempt from the general obligation to offer to sell the land back to the original owners under the Crichel Down Rules. The areas of land are so small that sale would not be commercially worthwhile as the administrative costs involved in offering the land back are out of proportion to the value of the land (rule 15(3)).
Former owners are therefore notified that the land will not be offered back.
