The Oil and Gas Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by Shell U.K. Limited whose address is Shell Centre, London, SE1 7NA for the construction of a pipeline system between the NLGP SSIV on BP Exploration Operating Company Limited owned PL164 and the Knarr Tee within the Brent Field Area.

Except with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, the 401.6 Millimetre Export Production pipeline shall be only used to convey Dry Gas; the 508 Millimetre Northern Leg Tie-In pipeline shall only be used to convey Dry Gas and the 401.6 Millimetre Western Leg Tie-In pipeline shall only be used to convey Dry Gas.

The pipelines may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, by other persons.

Shell U.K. Limited have been appointed operator of the pipelines.
