NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an annual meeting of the members of SThree Qatar LLC will be held at 10:00 am on 6th April 2017. The meeting will be held at Opus Restructuring LLP, Exchange House, 494 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 2EA. The meeting is called pursuant to Article 67 of the QFC Insolvency Regulations Version 2 for the purpose of laying before it its final report, and giving an explanation of it. Any member entitled to attend the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend on their behalf. A proxy need not be a member of the Company. The following resolution will be considered at the meeting: ‘That the Joint Liquidators’ annual report and receipts and payments account be approved.’ Proxies to be used at the meeting must be returned to the offices of Opus Restructuring LLP, Exchange House, 494 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes MK9 2EA, no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meeting.
