NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 331 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a final meeting of creditors of the above has been summoned by us, Joanne Wright (IP Number: 009236), of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP of 340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY and Gerald Krasner (IP Number: 005532), of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Collingwood Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 1JF both appointed as Trustees in Bankruptcy of the above 02 February 2015. The meeting will be held at the Manchester office (as stated above) on 30 May 2017 at 10:30am for the purposes of:

• having an account laid before it showing the manner in which the bankruptcy has been conducted and the property of the Debtor disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Trustees.

• determining whether the Joint Trustees should have their release under Section 299 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

Proxy forms must be lodged with us at the Manchester office by 12 Noon on the business day before the meeting to entitle creditors to vote by proxy at the meeting.
