Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency Rules 2016 ("the Rules") that a decision is to be sought from the creditors of the above-named Company by way of a Deemed Consent Procedure for the release of Kevin Brown of Kevin Brown Advisory Limited, 500 High Road, Woodford Green, Essex, IG8 0PN as Liquidator of the Company on 28th July 2017.

Directions for how to object to the decision: To object to this decision creditors must give written notice of the objection to Kevin Brown Advisory Limited, P.O. Box 2620, Woodford Green, Essex, IG8 0XB no later than 23:59 on the decision date, 28th July 2017.

If 10% of the creditors by value entitled to vote in a qualifying decision procedure object to the Notice of Deemed Consent, then the creditors will be considered not to have made the decision.

In the event that the deemed consent notice is rejected the liquidator may bring the issue forward for consideration via a Qualifying Decision Making Procedure employing one of the methods under Rule 15.3 of the Rules.
