1. The liquidation of MBI International & Partners Inc (in liquidation)("Company"), which is subject to the control of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, is hereby recognized as foreign main proceedings pursuant to Article 17 of the Cross Border Insolvency Regulations 2006 ("CBIR"); and

2. Charlotte Emma Ward Caulfield of Krys & Associates (BVI) Ltd trading as KRyS & Associates, liquidator of the Company, be recognized as foreign representatives, pursuant to the provisions of the CBIR.
