Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 15 of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act (Northern Ireland) 1969 the registration of Open Door Housing Association (Northern Ireland) Limited (Registration Number IP000195) of 37-41 May Street Belfast BT1 4DN has this day been cancelled.

The society has ceased to exist following the transfer of all of its engagements and the whole of its property to Choice Housing Ireland Limited.

The society ceases to be entitled to any of the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
