1.) I, Robert Nicholson hereby give notice that in not less than two months after publication of this notice we intend to make an application to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Barnsley Town Hall, Church Street, Barnsley, S70 2TA, for a license to operate a proposed zoo at Cannon Hall Farm, Bark House Lane, Cawthorne, Barnsley, S75 4AT.

2.) A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo license, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council. This may be inspected free of charge, at Barnsley town hall at the address provided above between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm by appointment only. It is recommended that you contact one of the council’s Zoo licensing officers to make an appointment so that they can meet you and answer any questions you may have about the application.
