NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in not less than two months after the publication of this Notice I/we Barn Owl Centre intend to make application to the Gloucester City Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at Netheridge Farm, Netheridge Close, Hempsted, Gloucester GL2 5LE.

A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the Gloucester City Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the Gloucester City Council at The Council Offices, North Warehouse, The Docks, Gloucester. GL1 2EQ Glos. during office hours.

Any person wishing to make representations about this application must make them in writing to the Environmental Health, Gloucester City Council, Herbert Warehouse, The Docks, Gloucester GL1 2EQ within twenty eight days from the date of this Notice. Any person making a representation must state the general grounds of the comments. Comments cannot be treated as confidential and should not contain remarks that might be regarded as offensive or libellous.
