Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order of Deputy Registrar Schaffer in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies Court (CR-2017-005555) dated 2 August 2017 (the “Order”) Ian James Gould was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in the Schedule below and the persons named were appointed as Office Holder in his place.

Pursuant to the Order, the persons named also give notice as follows:

(i) that creditors, members (in the case of Members’ Voluntary Liquidations) and debtors (where they have a financial interest in the outcome of the insolvency proceedings) have liberty to apply, within 28 days after this notice has been advertised in the London Gazette, to vary or discharge the Order;

(ii) that creditors, members (in the case of Members’ Voluntary Liquidations) and debtors (where they have a financial interest in the outcome of the insolvency proceedings) have the right to object and make representations to Ian James Gould in respect of his release within 28 days after this notice has been advertised;

(iii) that in the case of the Liquidations and Bankruptcies listed in Schedule, Ian James Gould will be entitled to apply to the Secretary of State for his release upon the expiry of 42 days from the date this notice has been advertised; and

(iv) that in the case of the Administrations and Voluntary Arrangement listed in Schedule, Ian James Gould will be released from all liability both in respect of any of his acts or omissions in relation to his conduct as Office Holder of the estates with effect from 28 days from the date when this notice has been advertised, save in respect of any claim notified to him pursuant to the Insolvency Act 1986 or pursuant to such other provision as may apply by that date.
