RECALL OF SEQUESTRATION – SQ170/17

Notice is hereby given that in a Petition presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on 30th March 2017 by Scott Gallagher, whose last known address was Flat 2/3, 82 Barland Street, Pollokshields, G41 1AJ whose present whereabouts were thereafter believed to be unknown but who has now been identified as resident at 34 Xingfu-Ercun, Chaoyang District, Beijing, 10000, People’s Republic of China (sequestration awarded by the Sheriff at Glasgow on 24 April 2017, the date of first deliverance 30 March 2018 under reference GLW-SQ59-17), the Sheriff having seen and considered said Application on 27 July 2017, appointed the Petitioner to give notice of the presentation of this Application for publication in the Edinburgh Gazette; Thereafter grants Warrant for the Petitioner to intimate the said Application for Recall of Sequestration and a copy of this deliverance upon the creditor / initial petitioner, MXM Property Solutions, Baltic Chambers Suite, 4th Floor, Suite 544-545, 50 Wellington Street, Glasgow, G2 6HJ (their solicitor at the time of sequestration being TLT Solicitors, 140 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2HG) and on The Accountant in Bankruptcy, 1 Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning, KA13 6SA and upon the Trustee, Gordon Chalmers of Wylie & Bisset, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4TP, Appoints persons claiming an interest to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at The Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA, if so advised, within 14 days of such intimation, service and advertisement.
