The Oil and Gas Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by Britoil Limited whose address is 1 Wellheads Avenue, Dyce, Aberdeen, AB21 7PB for the construction of a pipeline system between the DUTA D3 at Petrojarl FPSO and the UDA U52 at East Foinaven Drill Centre.

Except with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, the three 29.2 Millimetre Electrical Flying Lead pipelines shall only be used to convey Power and the 91 Millimetre Power Cable pipeline shall only be used to convey Power.

The pipelines may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, by other persons.
