Acquisition and Disposal of Land
CRICHEL DOWN RULES – DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS LAND ON THE NORTH EAST CORNER OF QUEEN MOTHER RESERVOIR, HORTON ROAD, SLOUGH SL3 9NT (“THE SAID LAND”)
Thames Water Utilities Limited (“Thames Water”) has declared the Said Land to be surplus to requirements.
The Said Land was previously agricultural land, comprising part of Mildridge Farm, Horton. Under the Crichel Down Rules, Thames Water has identified the former owners as being the late Jessie Wicks of Manor Farm, Poyle, Colnbrook and Frank Henry Wicks of Crownmead, Horton, Slough (both acting as trustees of James Wicks deceased).
Would any of the successors to the above persons please contact Thames Water at the contact details given below within two months of the date of this notice.
