Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 15 of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act (Northern Ireland) 1969 the registration of North Coast Future Proof Co-operative Limited (Registration Number IP000402) of 1 Leyland Farm, Ballycastle BT54 6QB has this day been cancelled.

The society has been cancelled at its own request.

The society ceases to be entitled to any of the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
