REDCATS (UK) PLC RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME FOR EXECUTIVES
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Redcats (UK) plc Retirement Benefits Scheme for Executives (formerly known as the Empire Stores (Bradford) Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme for Executives and the Empire Stores Group plc Retirement Benefits Scheme for Executives) (the “Scheme”), has commenced winding up.
The trustees of the Scheme (the “Trustees”) believe that all members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and member announcements have been sent to all members for whom the Trustees hold an address.
If you were a member of the Scheme or you otherwise believe you may be entitled to benefits from, or have any claim against or interest in, the Scheme and you have not received any announcements or been contacted by the Scheme’s Administrator, please send notification of your claim specifying your full name, address and particulars to: Trustees of the Redcats (UK) plc Retirement Benefits Scheme for Executives, c/o Abbie Herbert, Barnett Waddingham, 7th Floor Pinnacle, 67 Albion Street, Leeds, LS1 5AA so as to reach that address no later than two months from the date of this publication. After this date the Trustees will proceed to wind up the Scheme having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice. The Trustees will not be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had notice.
