Pursuant to section 10, of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 12 September 2017, RBC Investor Services Trust Acting in its capacity as Trustee for RBC Canadian Master Trust (the "Transferor") transferred to 2583211 Ontario Inc. acting in its capacity as General Partner of Pension Investments Limited Partnership No.1 (the "Transferee") its entire interest in iCON Infrastructure Partners IV, L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP017906, and that, with effect from such date, the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership in place of the Transferor.
