                  1.	NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest
                  propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of
                  and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), as amended.
                  
                  
                  
               </p>
               <p data-gazettes="Text">2.	The general effect of the Orders will be:</p>
               <p data-gazettes="Text"> 
                  (i)	to introduce double yellow lines (“at any time” waiting restrictions) in the lengths
                  of roads specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice (in some cases this would involve
                  extending lengths of existing double yellow lines);
               </p>
               <p data-gazettes="Text">
                  (ii)	to convert existing single yellow line waiting restrictions to double yellow
                  lines (“at any time” waiting restrictions) in the lengths of roads specified in Schedule
                  2 of this Notice;
                  
                  
               </p>
               <p data-gazettes="Text">(iii)	in    <strong>Melford Road E17</strong>- north/south arm - to: (1) convert two <strong> MW </strong> permit parking places on the west side adjacent the flank walls of property Nos.
                  11 Melford Road  and 12 Woodville Road to double yellow line "at any time" waiting
                  restrictions and (2) convert all single yellow line waiting restrictions in that said
                  arm to double yellow line "at any time" waiting restrictions.
               </p>

                  (iv)	In <strong>Epsom Road E10 </strong>(ER) – south-west side (1) convert a <strong>AM </strong> CPZ permit parking place to double yellow line "at any time" waiting restrictions
                  opposite Nos. 10 an 11 ER, and (2) extend a single yellow line waiting restrictions
                  opposite No. 12 ER northwards to the common boundary of Nos. 11 and 12 ER
               </p>

                  (v)	to convert 5.5 metres of  <strong>MW </strong> permit parking space on the north-east side of <strong>Warner Road E17 </strong> outside the flank wall of property Nos. 16/18 Northcote Road into double yellow line
                  "at any time" waiting restrictions;

                  (vi)	to convert 6 metres of <strong>LSW </strong> permit parking space on the north-west side of <strong>Kingswood Road E11 (KR) </strong> outside property Nos. 56 KR into double yellow line "at any time" waiting restrictions.

                  (vii)	In  <strong> Fairlop Road E11 (FR) </strong> – north-east side - reduce <strong>LSW </strong> permit parking space outside No. 76 FR by 8 metres and extend single yellow line
                  waiting restrictions north-westwards by the same distance;

                  (viii)	In <strong>Hitcham Road E17 (HR) – north-east side </strong>   to convert a free short stay parking place into permit parking place operating
                  Mon-Sat 8am to 6.30pm inclusive outside the Emmanuel Church and 148 Hitcham Road;
               </p>
               <p data-gazettes="Text"> 
                  (ix)	to convert the operational times of the No Loading restrictions on both sides
                  of <strong>St James Street </strong> E17 between the common boundary of Nos. 9/11 to its junction with St James Mews from:
                  between Mon and Fri 8am to 9.30am and 4.30 pm to 6.30pm to No Loading between 8am
                  and 6.30pm throughout the week (excluding on the south-west side between the common
                  boundaries of Nos. 8/10 and 12/14 St James Street which will be introduced as No Loading
                  "at any time";
                  
               </p>
               <p data-gazettes="Text">(x)	to introduce No Loading "at any time" restrictions on both sides of <strong>Leucha Road </strong> between its junction with St James Street and the first set of parking bays adjacent
                  the flank walls of Nos. 10 and 12 St James Street;

                  (xi)	on the south-east side of <strong>The Avenue E4 (TA) </strong> - to formally reduce double yellow line waiting restrictions - from outside No. 186
                  TA to a point outside the common boundary of Nos. 180/182 TA;

               <p data-gazettes="Text">(xii)	 <strong>Ringwood Road E17 (RGR) </strong> – north-west side - convert 18 metres of permit parking space into a Shared Use parking
                  place for; (1) Buses only operating Mon-Fri 8am to 8.45am and 2.45pm to 3.30pm and
                  (2) MW permit holders only parking Mon-Fri 8.45am to 2.45am and 3.30pm to 6.30pm and
                  Saturdays 8am to 6.30pm, opposite Nos. 20 to 28 RGR;

               <p data-gazettes="Text">3.	FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council under the same RTRA sections mentioned
                  in paragraph 1 propose to make minor amendments to existing Orders in relation to
                  certain parking provisions and no waiting restrictions already existing on the highway,
                  namely in: 
                  
               </p>
               <p data-gazettes="Text">(i)	 <strong>Kirkdale Road E11 </strong> and<strong> Lemna Road E11</strong>; the remainder of these streets - single yellow line waiting restriction operating
                  between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. - Mondays to Fridays within the LSE CPZ (outside of existing
                  signed/marked bays and existing and proposed double yellow line "at any time" waiting
                  restrictions (proposed  as mentioned in Schedule 2),;
                  
               </p>
               <p data-gazettes="Text">(ii)	 <strong>The Charter Road IG8 – both sides </strong> – outside and opposite Nos. 2 to 6 The Charter Road (outside and opposite the Woodford
                  County High School);
                  
               </p>
               <p data-gazettes="Text">(iii)	 <strong>Cazenove Road E17 (CZR) </strong> – single yellow line waiting restrictions on its north and west sides between Nos.
                  44 and 125 CZR operating between the hours of 8am and 9pm Mondays to Saturdays inclusive;

               <p data-gazettes="Text">All provisions and restrictions mentioned in paragraph 3 above are to be incorporated
                  where necessary into the script of the relevant Orders to accurately reflect those
                  provisions as it exists on the ground (no changes will be made on street for the measures
