Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Savills Investment Management LLP has transferred part of its interest in Cordea Savills SLP II LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL018096 (the "Partnership") to each of the following:

1. Ben Tse;

2. Charlie Hamilton;

3. James Bury;

4. Jin Guo; and

5. Shaun Widgery

Accordingly, Ben Tse, Charlie Hamilton, James Bury and Shaun Widgery have been admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.
