Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 91 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that meetings of the members and creditors of the above Company will be held at Ernst & Young LLP, Bedford House, Bedford Street, Belfast BT2 7DT on 27 November 2017 at 10.15 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purpose of laying before the meetings an account of the Liquidators' acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up during the preceding year.

A form of proxy for use at the meetings, if desired, is available and should be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at Ernst & Young LLP, Bedford House, 16 Bedford Street, Belfast BT2 7DT not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting.
