Notice is hereby given that the Environment Agency has in exercise of its powers under Section 210 of, and paragraphs 6(1)(b),6(2)(aa), 6(2)(c) and 6(2)(d) of Schedule 25 and Schedule 27 to, the Water Resources Act 1991 and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, on the 31 October made an emergency byelaw for the protection and preservation of the fisheries within the River Camel catchment and the River Camel estuary.

A copy of the byelaw may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Environment Agency at the address below and is available for inspection at the same address.
