TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of the proposal to make an Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of the whole of the unnamed highway which runs south eastwards from its junction with Hordley Acres and which lies to the east of No. 1 Greenwich Gardens and 3 irregular shaped areas of Greenwich Gardens which lie at its cul-de-sac termination point to the south of 3 and 4 Greenwich Gardens at Haydon Bridge, in the County of Northumberland.
If made, the Order would authorise the stopping up only to enable development to be carried out should planning permission be granted by Northumberland County Council. The Secretary of State gives notice of the draft Order under Section 253 (1) of the 1990 Act.
