In accordance with section 6 of the Plant Health Act 1967, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs hereby gives notice that the Plant Health (England) (Amendment) Order 2018 (SI 2018 No.71) will come into force:

for the purpose specified in article 1(2) on 1st March 2018

for all other purposes on 14th February 2018
