NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the decision by correspondence procedure is to be used to seek a decision from the creditors of the Company on

1. That the Liquidator be authorised to draw a fee, based on her time costs incurred and given by her and her staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation, such time to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken; and

2. That the Liquidator be authorised to pay the pre-appointment expenses of £1,500 plus VAT to MGR Appraisals Limited in respect of the valuation of the assets of the Company; and

3. That the Liquidator be authorised to pay the pre-appointment expenses of £2,250 plus VAT to The Wilkes Partnership LLP in respect of the preparation of the sales agreement.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver their proofs and votes to c/o Revive Business Recovery Ltd, 7 Jetstream Drive, Auckley, Doncaster, DN9 3QS by no later than 23.59 hours on 21 February 2018
