Whereas the plaintiff has filed a suit against you for declaring that the plaintiff is the sole and absolute owner of the Plaint Schedule Property described below in terms of Section 34 of the Specific Relief Act no person has right to claim title to the suit schedule property other than the Plaintiff and a prayer for permanent injunction restraining the defendants or anybody claiming through or under them from disturbing or interfering with the peaceful possession of the plaint schedule property by the plaintiff. Hence you are herby summoned to appear in this court in person or by a pleader to answer the same on 5/6/18 at 11am, failing which the suit /application will be disposed of ex parte .

All that piece and parcel of the property situated on Survey No.58, presently bearing No.390, called “Gibson Haven”, Outer Circle, Whitefield, Bangalore – 560 066 together with a brick tiled house measuring about 1,500 sq.ft. and land measuring 0.19 guntas or 20,080 sq.ft. and bounded on the :

West by : Private Property;

North by : Outer Circle Road; and

South by : Ranjeeth’s property.
