WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 DECLARATION OF CEUNANT

LLENNYRCH NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE COMMUNITIES OF MAENTWROG AND TALSARNAU

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of section 19(1) of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and Section 35(1)(b) and Section 35(1)(c) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 that by the Ceunant Llennyrch National Nature Reserve No.2 Declaration 2018 made on 19th of March 2018 Natural Resources Wales (NRW) declared that the land containing 9.10 hectares situated in the Community of Maentwrog in the County of Gwynedd and shown as area A on the attached plans has been acquired and is being held by NRW and that the land containing 307.92 hectares situated in the Communities of Maentwrog and Talsarnau in the County of Gwynedd and shown as area B on the attached plans to the said Declaration is being held by the Woodland Trust and that the said land (Areas A and B) is being managed as a National Nature Reserve.

Certified copies of the said Declaration with plans attached have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the office of Gwynedd Council in Caernarfon and at the office of Snowdonia National Park Authority in Penrhyndeudraeth from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours.

Certified copies may also be inspected at the office of Natural Resources Wales, at Government Buildings, Arran Road, Dolgellau, Gwynedd, LL40 1LW.
