The Oil and Gas Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by INEOS UK SNS Limited whose address is Anchor House, 15-19 Britten Street, London, England, SW3 3TY for the construction and use of a pipeline between the Clipper South Platform ESDV and the Clipper Crossover Manifold Tie-In, in connection with the Clipper South field.

Except with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, the 323.9 Millimetre Production pipeline shall only be used to convey Gas.

The pipeline may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, by other persons.

INEOS UK SNS Limited have been appointed operator of the pipeline.
