TAKE NOTICE that a petition for an order that Grafton Resource Investments Limited whose registered office is situated at P.O. Box 597, The Pavilion, Cricket Square, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-1107, Cayman Islands (the "Company") be put into liquidation and wound up in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law has been presented to the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands.

The petition was presented by Overseas Asset Management (Cayman) Limited and OAM European Value Fund, both of P.O. Box 597, The Pavilion, Cricket Square, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-1107, Cayman Islands. Copies of the petition and supporting affidavits may be obtained free of charge from the petitioner's attorneys Mourant Ozannes, PO Box 1348, 4th Floor, 94 Solaris Avenue, Camana Bay, Grand Cayman KY1-1108.

The Petition seeks an order that David Martin Griffin and Andrew Morrison of FTI Consulting (Cayman) Limited, Suite 3212, 53 Market Street, Camana Bay, PO Box 30614, Grand Cayman KY1-1203, Cayman Islands, be appointed as official liquidators of the Company.

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the hearing of the petition will take place on 19 April 2018 at the Law Courts, George Town, Grand Cayman at 2 pm. Any creditor or shareholder of the Company may be heard on the questions whether or not a winding up order should be made and, if a winding up order is made, who should be appointed as official liquidators of the Company. Any creditor or shareholder who opposes the appointment of David Griffin and Andrew Morrison of FTI Consulting (Cayman) Limited must nominate alternative qualified insolvency practitioners who consents to act and has sworn an affidavit complying with the requirements of the Companies Winding Up Rules, Order 3, rule 4.
