HOMES KlRKINTILLOCH LLP, with its Registered Office at Lenzie Country Manor, Burnbrae Road, Chryston, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, G69 9HR; in which Petition The Lord Ordinary by interlocutor dated 29 March 2018 ordained the said Q.C. Homes Kirkintilloch LLP and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto within twenty-one days after intimation, advertisement or service.
