NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
CELESTICA (UK) SUPPLEMENTARY PENSION PLAN
This notice is addressed to former and current employees of Celestica Limited (formerly known as Design to Distribution Limited).
The Celestica (UK) Supplementary Pension Plan (the “Plan”) will soon be commencing the process of winding-up.
If you were or are an employee of Celestica Limited, and a member of the Plan and think you are entitled to benefits under the Plan but have not been contacted in respect of those benefits, or you are a spouse, civil partner, child or dependant of a deceased member, please contact in writing the Trustees of the Plan c/o Mercer Limited:

by no later than 29 June 2018. You should include details of your current address and any benefits you think you are entitled to.
It is the Trustees’ intention to transfer the assets of the Plan into individual insurance policies written in the name of individual members as soon as possible. If the Trustees are not aware of any entitlement you may have under the Plan by 29 June 2018 they will not be liable to pay benefits to you.
If you already receive a pension from the Plan, or you have received announcements from the Trustees regarding the winding-up and transfer of the Plan’s liabilities, you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have full details about your entitlements.
