Notice is hereby given that on 23 April 2018, Seaconview Designated Activity Company, having its registered address at 2 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal, Dublin 2, under the powers contained in a Mortgage dated 26 November 2008 and made between (1) the Company and (2) Ulster Bank Ireland Limited (the “Security Document”), appointed Pearse Farrell of Duff and Phelps, 24 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2 as Receiver over those assets of the Company referred to, comprised in and charged by the Security Document.
