Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 30 April 2018 Peter Hughes-Holland (IP number 1700) (‘the Applicant’) was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in the Schedule below and Christopher Newell (IP number 13690), Nicholas Simmonds (IP number 9570) and Frank Wessely (IP number 7788) (‘the Respondents’) all of Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 1NS were appointed as Office Holders in his place as specified below. All removals and replacement appointments were made with immediate effect.

Liquidations

Pursuant to Section 231(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (‘the Act’), any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator of the companies listed below may be done by any one or more of the persons for the time being holding the office of Liquidator.

Notification

The Respondents shall notify the Secretary of State and the Registrar of Companies in respect of the Liquidations and Administrations listed in the Schedule, of the terms of the Order as soon as reasonably practicable.

The reporting period for cases listed in the Schedule shall remain in place and the appointment of the Respondents will not affect the date the progress reports are to be produced. The Respondents shall notify each creditor of the Application and the order order by way of notice at the same time as the next routine report that shall be due to the creditors of each estate.

The Respondents be permitted to publish in the London Gazette one composite notice (‘the Advertisement’) relating to all new appointments pursuant to the Order within 28 days from the date of the Order by way of compliance with any requirement by law to publish notice of any such appointments in the London Gazette.

Any creditor of each bankruptcy and liquidation case in respect of any of the matters listed in the Schedules who has an objection to the Order shall have 21 days from the date of the Advertisement in the London Gazette to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of the Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the cases as listed in Schedules 1 – 5 until further or other Order by the Court.

The Applicant shall receive his Release as Officeholder 7 days after filing notice of his Removal with the Registrar of Companies in respect of matters listed in Schedule 2, 4 and 5, save that such release may be subject to further order in the event of an application by any creditor or member to set aside or vary the terms of the Order.

The Applicant shall receive his Release as Joint Trustee in Bankruptcy 7 days after the Advertisement in the London Gazette giving notice to creditors set out in Schedule 1 save that such release may be subject to further order in the event of an application by any creditor to set aside or vary the terms of the Order.
