A Bankruptcy Petition in respect of the above-named Mr Abu Taher of Beech House, Reynolds Lane, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN4 9XL (occupation unknown) was presented on 22 February 2018 by INTEGRATED CONSTRUCTION LIMITED T/A DECORFIX of 424 Margate Road, Westwood, Ramsgate, Kent, CT12 6SR, the petitioning creditor.

On 26 April 2018, the Court made an order for Substituted Service of the Bankruptcy Petition, which provided that a sealed copy of the above mentioned Petition and order dated 26 April 2018 should be emailed to the specified email address for the attention of Mr Abu Taher and that an advertisement should be published, together with details of the hearing date and time in the London Gazette at least 14 days before the adjourned hearing date.

The said Petition will be heard at the County Court at Maidstone on 24 July 2018 at 10.00am.
