Hereby give notice that in not less than two months after publication of this notice we intend to make application to the East Riding of Yorkshire Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at:

A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the East Riding of Yorkshire Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the council at East Riding of Yorkshire Council, County Hall, Cross Street, Beverley, HU17 9BA during office hours.

A person wishing to make representation about this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Manger, County Hall, Cross Street, Beverley, HU17 9BA or licensing@eastriding.gov.ukby the 19 July 2018. Any person making representations must state the grounds, representations cannot be treated as confidential and should not contain any remarks which might be regarded as offensive or libellous.
