NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in a Petition presented by Sarah Kate Boyd, Richard Alexander Mc Gregor and Lindsay James Whitelaw, as directors of URICA Limited, on 20 July 2018 craving the Court inter alia to order that URICA Limited having its Registered Office at 16 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh EH2 4DF be wound up by the Court and to appoint Thomas Campbell MacLennan and Alexander Iain Fraser, to be the joint Provisional and Interim Liquidators of the said Company, Lord Doherty by Interlocutor dated 20 July 2018, ordered all parties wishing to oppose to lodge Answers with the Petitions Department of the Court of Session within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement and appointed Thomas Campbell MacLennan and Alexander Iain Fraser to be the joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company until an Interim Liquidator of the said Company is appointed or the said Petition is dismissed.
