NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF FIRST MEETING

ISLE OF MAN COMPANIES ACT 1931

(Under the order for the winding up of the Company dated the 10th day of May 2018)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the first meeting of the creditors in the winding up of the Company will be held at Burleigh Manor, Peel Road, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 5EP on 9th August 2018 at 11am.

To entitle you to vote thereat your proof must be lodged with the Joint Provisional Liquidators at the offices of Browne Craine & Co. by not later than 5pm on the 8th day of August 2018.

Forms of proof and of general and special proxies are available from the Joint Provisional Liquidators. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the Joint Provisional Liquidators at the offices of Browne Craine & Co. by not later than 12pm on the 8th day of August 2018.

1. By resolution determine whether or not an application shall be made to the Court to appoint a liquidator in place of the Joint Provisional Liquidators.

2. By resolution determine whether or not to appoint a Committee of Inspection to act with the Liquidator(s), and who are to be the members of the Committee of Inspection.
