Notice is hereby given that an instrument of dissolution of Lenzie Benevolent Society (Register No. 10 BENS) the registered office of which is at 74 Townhead, Kirkintilloch Glasgow, G66 1NZ was registered on 26 July 2018 .

Within three months from the date of the 'Edinburgh Gazette' in which this advertisement appears proceedings to set aside the dissolution may be commenced by a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the society.
