Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that the following transfers have occurred in CEP III AIV Z, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP013708 (the “Partnership”):

i. Woodburn Holdings II, S.A. transferred 20% of its interest in the Partnership to Woodburn Management I Ltd.;

ii. Woodburn Holdings II, S.A. transferred 80% of its interest in the Partnership to Woodburn Management II Ltd.;

iii. BAM Private Equity Partners I, Limited Partnership transferred 100% of its interest in the Partnership to CPG Carlyle Commitments Master Fund, LLC;

iv. Legacy Worldwide Investments II, Ltd. transferred 100% of its interest in the Partnership to WHLP Holding 2 LP;

v. AP2 Capital Investments, KB transferred 6.8624% of its interest in the Partnership to HarbourVest Partners X Secondary L.P.;

vi. AP2 Capital Investments, KB transferred 1.6769% of its interest in the Partnership to Meranti Holdings LLC;

vii. AP2 Capital Investments, KB transferred 9.5735% of its interest in the Partnership to HarbourVest 2015 Holdings LLC;

viii. AP2 Capital Investments, KB transferred 4.5347% of its interest in the Partnership to HarbourVest 2016 Holdings LLC;

ix. AP2 Capital Investments, KB transferred 6.8021% of its interest in the Partnership to HarbourVest 2016 Global AIF L.P.;

x. AP2 Capital Investments, KB transferred 70.5504% of its interest in the Partnership to HarbourVest Dover Street IX Investment, L.P.;

xi. Crenshaw Investments, Inc. transferred 100% of its interest in the Partnership to SX Private Equity Fund;

xii. AXA Early Secondary Fund IV, LP transferred 100% of its interest in the Partnership to Strategic Partners VII Investments, L.P. (Series B);

xiii. Doric Investments Inc. transferred 100% of its interest in the Partnership to CPG Carlyle Commitments Master Fund, LLC; and

xiv. AESF Truffle, LP transferred 49.95% of its interest in the Partnership to Strategic Partners VII Investments, L.P. (Series B).

As a result of the transfers detailed above, each of the following were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership:

a) Woodburn Management I Ltd.;

b) Woodburn Management II Ltd.;

c) WHLP Holding 2 LP;

d) HarbourVest Partners X Secondary L.P.;

e) Meranti Holdings LLC;

f) HarbourVest 2015 Holdings LLC;

g) HarbourVest 2016 Holdings LLC;

h) HarbourVest 2016 Global AIF L.P.;

i) HarbourVest Dover Street IX Investment, L.P.;

j) SX Private Equity Fund; and

k) Strategic Partners VII Investments, L.P. (Series B) were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.

And each the following ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership:

a) Woodburn Holdings II, S.A.;

b) BAM Private Equity Partners I, Limited Partnership;

c) Legacy Worldwide Investments II, Ltd.;

d) AP2 Capital Investments, KB;

e) Crenshaw Investments, Inc.;

f) AXA Early Secondary Fund IV, LP; and

g) Doric Investments Inc.
