RESOLUTION

THAT it has been proved to the satisfaction of the members that it is advisable to wind up the company and, accordingly, the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Kerry Bailey IP No: 8780 and Edward Kerr IP No: 9021, Authorised Insolvency Practitioners, of Messrs BDO LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3AT, be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and are to act jointly and severally.

By the Deemed Consent procedure pursuant to Section 246ZF of the Insolvency Act 1986, the appointment of Kerry Bailey IP No: 8780 and Edward Kerr IP No: 9021 was confirmed by the creditors on 3 August 2018.
