Letters Patent bearing date the 12 June 2018 have passed the Great Seal of Northern Ireland appointing Mrs Helen Rosemary Alison Millar as Lord-Lieutenant for the County of Londonderry.

The said Letters Patent were enrolled in the Central Office of the Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland on the 5th day of September 2018.
