NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

RICHEMONT UK PENSION PLAN (THE "PLAN")

Former names of the Plan and schemes which merged into the Plan

Vendome Luxury Group UK Pension Plan

Cartier Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme

Rothmans International UK Pension Fund

James Purdey and Sons Pension and Life Assurance Scheme

The Trustee of the Plan hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Plan is being wound up. The Trustee of the Plan is anxious to trace all former members of the Plan and their beneficiaries who are entitled to benefits under the Plan and who have yet to be contacted in relation to the securing of Plan benefits with Legal and General Assurance Society Limited and the subsequent wind-up of the Plan.

If you were an employee of one of the companies listed above and were also a member of the Plan (or you are a widow, widower or other dependant of a deceased person who was a member of the Plan prior to 1 October 2018) and you have not received a written communication regarding the transfer and the wind up referred to above, you should contact Jules Skipp, Pensions Team Manager, by phone on 01227 773914 or by post to Capita Employee Solutions, PO Box 555, Stead House, Darlington DL1 9YT no later than 2 months from the date of this notice. After that date, the Plan will be wound up and the Trustee will have no liability to any person claiming an entitlement but who has failed to notify the Trustee before that date. If you are seeking to claim an entitlement you should provide full details of your name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, and periods of employment, together with all documentation supporting your claim.
