TAKE NOTICE THAT a bankruptcy petition ("the Petition") in respect of the above named Dean Spencer Fox of Small Dean, Chorley Wood Road, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, WD3 4EL was presented on 18 September 2018 by MYSALE GROUP LIMITED of 5/111 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, Sydney, 21000, Australia the Petitioning Creditor.

On 13 November 2018 the court made an Order for Substituted Service of the Petition, which provided that service of the Petition on the above named Dean Spencer Fox is to be effected by posting of a sealed copy of the above-mentioned Petition by first class prepaid post addressed to Small Dean, Chorley Wood Road, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, WD3 4EL and/or by advertisement in the London Gazette. The date of deemed service of the petition shall be the first day after completion of the posting and publication of the Petition.
