NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant of Section 226 of the Companies Act, 1931, that a General Meeting of the Shareholders, followed by a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at 15-19 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1LB on 20 December 2018. Swiss Cottage (38) Properties Limited, at 9:30am and 9:45am respectively. Swiss Cottage (40) Properties Limited, at 10:00am and 10:15am respectively for the purpose of approving the liquidators report including the receipts and payments accounts of the liquidator, that the books and records of the company should be stored by First Names (Isle of Man) Limited for a period of 6 years following the date of this meeting then confidentially destroyed. That the Liquidation should be concluded, that the liquidator be released following an application made to the Companies Registry for the dissolution of the Company.

Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with CW Consulting Limited, 15 – 19 Bank Chambers, Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1LB, not later than 4.00pm on 19 December 2018.
