Ordinary Resolution

"That Andrew John Ryder of JT Maxwell Limited, Unit 6 Lagan House, 1 Sackville Street, Lisburn, BT27 4AB be appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up"

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 04 December 2018, Andrew John Ryder of JT Maxwell Ltd and Paul Stanley of Begbies Traynor (Central ) LLP were appointed as joint Liquidators
